4. Use of Website AI Assistant (Chatbot) Our website utilizes an Artificial Intelligence (AI) virtual assistant to help qualify inquiries and schedule consultations.
- No Technical Support: The AI assistant is solely for initial contact and scheduling. It is not authorized to provide technical support, IT instructions, or binding business agreements.
- Sensitive Data: For your cybersecurity, you agree not to share sensitive information in the chat interface, including but not limited to passwords, server IPs, network credentials, or regulated personal data (e.g., HIPAA or PCI information). Your IT Services is not liable for data exposed through improper use of the chat interface or actions taken based on AI-generated responses.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Access and Cooperation: You are responsible for providing necessary access to IT systems, permissions, and any information required for Your IT Services to provide its services effectively.
- Timely Payments: You agree to pay all fees as outlined in your contract promptly.
- Compliance: It is your responsibility to comply with any legal obligations relevant to your business, including data protection and regulatory requirements.
6. Fees and Payment Terms
- Billing: Payment terms, invoicing, and fees are specified in individual contracts with clients. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
- Late Payments: Any overdue amounts may be subject to interest as specified in your contract.

- Ownership: Your IT Services retains ownership of all intellectual property, including methodologies, software, and tools developed for the delivery of services.
- Client Data: You retain ownership of all data provided to Your IT Services. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and only use it for service delivery and improvement.

- Termination by Your IT Services: We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or fail to pay fees.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you remain responsible for all outstanding fees. We will return or securely delete your data, as specified in your contract.
10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your IT Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services, including, but not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
11. Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
